“Pastor Patti”, is a trailblazer as she endeavors to teach and train for life

transformation. In 2019, she was led by God to begin Chosen By

God Ministries in Baltimore, Maryland where they are “Connecting

people to God through His Word, Work and Worship!” The ministry

based on 1 Peter 2:9-10 looks to reconnect people to their Godly

purpose which can be summed up in the values: Connect. Believe.

Grow. Minister.  This growing community ministry provides weekly

Bible study, worship opportunities and community outreach.

Pastor Patti is Human Resources strategic consultant providing strategies

for success through consulting, training, and facilitation. Her key areas

are leadership development, organizational change  and stakeholder

engagement. She supplies services for businesses, government

organizations , faith-based organizations and non-profits including

developing Christian education curriculum, human resources training

materials and policy handbooks and conducting in-person, virtual and

hybrid trainings.  Pastor Patti has held leadership positions on the local,

state and national levels in the areas of Christian Education, Ministerial

training and Women’s ministries.

In 2025, her first book was published, The ExpandHERS. Pastor Patti, in

compilation with other leading ladies, shares real stories on her journey

As part of her Christian Education mandate to build the next generation

of Bible teachers transforming the world, she curates content in the

Facebook and Youtube  community Tips and Tools for Sunday School.

There you can locate weekly resources to train teachers and build

Christian Education programs as well as monthly Coach Class

delivering problem-solving solutions.

Currently Pastor Patti is employed as Human Resources Program

Manager  ensuring  the daily coordination and implementation of

human resources policies for over 20,000 employees. She 

is one of the Host/Producers for #PowerUp, the weekly virtual training

arm of the International Sunday School Department, COGIC.

​

She holds a Bachelor Degree in Political Science from The American

University in Washington, D.C. and a Masters Degree of Christian

Ministry from the Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA.

​

She is the proud mother of two beautiful daughters. She loves God and

God’s people. Her scripture mediation is Philippians 1:6

“Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good

work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.”
